PIL in the High Court of Bombay at Goa regarding the purported “repair / renovation” work which has been done at the erstwhile Aguada Central Jail, in Candolim, Goa, in violation of various laws in force. Under the guise of renovating the historical structure, various laws meant for the protection of heritage structures, have been violated with impunity.
